With a focus in the IT market future, and taking into consideration TiaaS (IT as a Service) concept, ITQ launches Simplify ITQ with a new brand and sales strategy.

“This program will be the base for ITQ operations worldwide. It will provide unquestionable results, in the IT area, for our customers”, says Márcio Sampaio, CEO and President of ITQ Group.

“There are a few good IT partners that provide suitable solutions for the SMB market (Small & Medium Business). Nowadays, IT companies are interested in products and services sales, and they forget to provide real benefits to customers. Our program proves that customers don’t need to be IT experts, or purchase expensive and complex solutions”, as stated by Márcio Sampaio.

“During 2008, ITQ has been working to consolidate strategic partnerships with Dell, HP, Microsoft, and CommVault in order to use high-end technology to customize customers’ projects. Therefore, customers have access to high-end technology without paying for it. The IT as a Service concept is a reality, and companies focused on product and service sales will have problems. From now on, customers won’t have to pay for an individual solution; they just need a capable partner to supply it”, as per Márcio Sampaio.

The ITQ Remote Management Center should start its operations on the first quarter of 2009. It will have an international capacity, and it will fulfill the Latin America demand. This center, located in Sao Paulo – Brazil, will support the SMB market with innovative IT projects.
